The employer provided and required employees to wear respirators labeled "KN95." The Violation occurred on or about, 01/07/2021 through 01/21/2021. b) At the facility, 205 East 1st Street, Corning, N.Y.: The employer provided and required employees to wear KN95 respirators. The employees provide direct care to COVID-19 positive or suspected residents. The employees were not provided with medical evaluations to determine the employees' ability to use a respirator, before the employees were fit-tested or required to use a respirator in the workplace.
