29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: On or about November 10, 2020, at the location of 12600 Snow Rd, Parma OH 44130, in the shop area, unsecured compressed gas cylinders of acetylene, oxygen, and nitrogen were not stored to prevent falling. (Ref. CGA P-1-1965 Section 3.3.1 referencing 2006 CGA P-1 Section 5.7.4.)

29 CFR 1910.102(a): The employer did not ensure that the in-plant transfer, handling, storage, and use of acetylene in cylinders complied with the provisions of CGA Pamphlet G-1-2009 ("Acetylene"), which is incorporated by reference as specified in 29 CFR 1910.6: On or about November 10, 2020, at the location of 12600 Snow Rd, Parma OH 44130, in the shop area, two unsecured compressed gas cylinders of acetylene were stored within four feet of a compressed gas cylinder containing oxygen. (Ref. CGA P-1-1965 Section 3.3.1 referencing 2006 CGA P-1 Section 5.7.4.)
