29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):(v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a. On or about November 9, 2020, an employee was trimming tree limbs from the bucket of a bucket truck without wearing a personal fall arrest system or travel restraint system, thereby exposing the employee to a maximum fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
