29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: Bear River Band, Tish Non Village Apartments Construction Site: An employee was observed walking near unprotected wooden platform approximately 9 feet in height and was not trained in appropriate fall protection methods to avoid hazards associated with elevated work areas. The employee was exposed to the fall hazards.
