All abrasive wheels and tools used by employees shall meet other applicable requirements of American National Standards Institute, B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care and Protection of Abrasive Wheels:  a. 134 Cherry Ave., Bound Brook NJ - Back yard  The employer did not ensure that hand held power tools were guarded.  An employee engaged in paving preparation activities used a Makita hand held grinder with a 7 inch saw blade attached that was not guarded to protect employee from amputations hazards.  Violation observed on or about November 10, 2020
