29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about November 12, 2020, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while performing roofing activities on a residential home located at 61 Sand Run, Akron, Ohio 44312. Employees were working on upper levels with tools and materials that could have fallen on lower employees and the employer did not ensure that the lower employees were wearing hard hats.
