29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  (a) On or about November 12, 2020 employees were performing framing operations and used pneumatic nail guns without the use of protective eyewear. Employees were exposed to eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   (a) On or about November 12, 2020, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 10-feet to the ground below;   (b) On or about November 12, 2020, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 20-feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:   (a) On or about November 12, 2020,  on the staircase of the residential home, the employer did not ensure that stairways having four or more risers rising more than 30 inches were equipped with a stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge to protect employees from falling approximately 10- feet to the concrete floor below.
