29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) 983 Kurtz Mill Road, Mohnton, PA, Worksite - on or about November 13, 2020, an employee was working from the roof of a residential home project, approximatety 14 feet, eight inches above grade, without utilizing any means of fall protection. b) 983 Kurtz Mill Road, Mohnton, PA, Worksite - on or about November 13, 2020, an employee was working within the interior of a residential home project, approximately ten feet above grade, where the window opening was not guarded to prevent an accidental fall to grade.
