OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish the employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to potential fire and explosion hazards:  a) Mezzanine: The composite plastic flex hose connecting the Delta Shaper to the Torit Model # MIC1390 wood dust collection system was not grounded or otherwise equipped to prevent the airflow from generating static electricity, on or about 11/16/2020.    b) Mezzanine: The flex hose connecting the Powermatic Table saw to the Torit Model # MIC1390 wood dust collection system was not grounded or otherwise equipped to prevent the airflow from generating static electricity, on or about 11/16/2020.    c)Mezzanine: The flex hose connecting the Powermatic Shaper to the Torit Model # MIC1390 wood dust collection system was not grounded or otherwise equipped to prevent the airflow from generating static electricity, on or about 11/16/2020.  d) Main Shop: The flex hose connecting the Weinig Molder to the Torit Model # MIC1390 wood dust collection system was not grounded or otherwise equipped to prevent the airflow from generating static electricity, on or about 11/16/2020.     e) Main Shop: The flex hose connecting the Lighting Bandsaw to the Torit Model # MIC1390 wood dust collection system was not grounded or otherwise equipped to prevent the airflow from generating static electricity, on or about 11/16/2020.  f) Main Shop: The flex hose connecting the Sanding Master 36" to the Torit Model # MIC1390 wood dust collection system was not grounded or otherwise equipped to prevent the airflow from generating static electricity, on or about 11/16/2020.   g) Main Shop: The flex hose connecting the Northfield Table saw #1 to the Torit Model # MIC1390 wood dust collection system was not grounded or otherwise equipped to prevent the airflow from generating static electricity, on or about 11/16/2020.  h) Main Shop: The flex hose connecting the Northfield Table saw #2 to the Torit Model # MIC1390 wood dust collection system was not grounded or otherwise equipped to prevent the airflow from generating static electricity, on or about 11/16/2020.    i) Main Shop: The flex hose connecting the SCMI Shaper to the Torit Model # MIC1390 wood dust collection system was not grounded or otherwise equipped to prevent the airflow from generating static electricity, on or about 11/16/2020.       NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
