The extension cord was powering a wall mounted AC unit, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards. b) REFRIGERATOR ROOM - A relocatable power tap was connected in series (daisy chained) with an extension cord to a second relocatable power tap to power two refrigerators, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.
