29 CFR 1926.59: An employer engaged in construction activities did not comply with the requirements set forth in Part 1910, Section 1200, Hazard Communication: (a) On or about November 19, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards where the employer did not label a secondary container containing Chevron Diesel Fuel (diesel fuel, 95-100%, cas #68476-34-6) at a construction site located at the Lincoln Military Housing Construction Project, vicinity of 4880 Manzanita Drive, Fallon, Nevada.
