29 CFR 1926.403(j)(2)(ii):Electric equipment operating at over 600 volts, nominal, and exposed to physical damage from vehicular traffic was not provided guards to prevent such damage: (a) On or about November 16, 2020 and at times prior, for the employee and the employees of contractors to include but not limed to A & K Earth Movers, Inc. were exposed to electrical hazards where a high voltage (50 KVA /4160 volts) transformer was located at the top of a traffic circle leading to the general contractors jobsite trailer at the Lincoln Military Housing Construction Project, vicinity of 4880 Manzanita Drive, Fallon, Nevada.
