Highway 29, in Cantonment, Florida: On or about November 17, 2020, the employer exposed two (2) employees to fall hazards ranging in height from 6 to 40-foot, in that fall protection such, as a body belt or lanyard, was not utilized by the employees as they worked from inside the personnel basket of an aerial lift, while making repairs to a commercial grade pole sign.
