29 CFR 1960.66(b):Federal agency injury and illness recording and reporting shall comply with the requirements under 29 CFR 1904, subparts C, D, E, and G, except that the definition of "establishment" found in 29 CFR 1960.2(h) will remain applicable to Federal agencies. 29 CFR 1904.40(a) reference: The employer had not provided an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours. 29 CFR 1904.4(a)reference: The employer had not recorded each work-related fatality, injury or illness case that resulted in the general recording criteria on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent. NAZLINI SCHOOL: On or about November 17, 2020, the employer failed to provide copies of the requested injury and illness records for calendar years 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 to an authorized OSHA representative when requested both verbally and in writing as the employer had not kept records. Abatement Certification and Documentation is required
