29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) On or about November 17, 2020 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to electrical hazards where electrical panel LB was blocked from access in a produce department room located at 4755 Pasture Road Bldg. 340, Fallon Naval Air Station, Nevada. Notice number 2, Item number 1, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. The employer was cited for a violation of the similar standard and similar hazard on April 26, 2016, Inspection number 1135664, date May 26, 2016 of final order/settlement, and means of abatement.
