29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or a personal fall arrest system. a) BUILDING 856 - On or about November 17, 2020 a Barnhart Taylor employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, was not protected from falling, exposing the employee to falls of 12 feet to the ground below. b) BUILDING 853 - On or about November 17, 2020 a A to Z HVAC and Plumbing employee installing vents on a low-slope roof, was not protected from falling, exposing the employee to falls of 12 feet to the ground below.
