29 CFR  1926.501(b)(4)(ii):Each employee on a walking/working surface was not protected from tripping in or stepping into or through holes (including skylights) by covers:  Bay 5 of the Formation Building located at 1760 Steve Reynolds Pkwy, Commerce, GA: On or about November 4, 2020, subcontractor employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 52 feet, in that the employer did not ensure protective covers for the draft vents in the work area of the walking/working surface were provided.
