29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents:  On or about Novemeber 18, 2020, and at times prior thereto, Mr. Salome Garcia Castorena did not provide or ensure employees using air nail guns used eye protection, exposing the employees to eye injuries.  Mr. Salome Garcia Castorena was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1459174, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 29, 2020 with respect to a workplace located at 4512 Skipador Drive, Fort Worth Texas.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about November 18, 2020, and at times prior thereto, Mr. Salome Garcia Castorena did not ensure fall protection was used where employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately eight feet to the ground below.   Mr. Salome Garcia Castorena was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1459174, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on January 29, 2020 with respect to a workplace located at 4512 Skipador Drive, Fort Worth Texas.
