(Gorbel Monorail Crane Hoist/Vacuum Shop Area) - The spreader chain hauling hooks on the Gorbel Monorail Crain were missing several safety latches which are designed to prevents metal and/or steel beam from coming off the hook while in the midst of hauling the steel/metal equipment to areas of the shop and heating apparatus, on or about 11/18/2020.
