29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(xi):Cable assemblies and flexible cords and cables were not supported in place at intervals that ensure that they will be protected from physical damage: On or about November 16, 2020, the 240 volt overhead wire running from the change house to parts house was left hanging low. This condition exposed the electrical conductors to potential physical damage.
