29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes. 198 Summer St, Lunenburg, MA: On November 19, 2020 and at time prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards when they removed the roofing material and insulation directly adjacent to unprotected skylights. On November 19, 2020, an employee was hospitalized after falling more than 20 feet through a skylight to the concrete floor.
