29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1):Protective eye and face equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: (a) On or about November 17, 2020 - Sanitation areas, employees were exposed to eye hazards when employees were not required to use splash goggles or face shields recommended by the Safety Data Sheet when mixing/diluting/spraying sanitation chemical concentrates such as, but not limited to, Citrusolv 40 and NABC Non-Acid Disinfectant Bathroom Cleaner.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) On or about November 17, 2020 - Sanitation areas, employees were not provided training on the chemicals used for sanitation when the employees were moved from production areas to sanitation or when new/undiluted chemicals were provided for sanitation due to cleaning chemical shortages.
