29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): The employer did not ensure that the stairs had uniform riser heights and tread depths between the landings: On or about November 17, 2020, the first two steps of the stairs leading up to the mud house did not have uniform tread depths between the landings. The bottom two steps were bent and damaged exposing employees to trip hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints and/or terminal screws. On or about November 17, 2020, in the Top Dog House behind the refrigerator the electrical cord belonging to the power box had it's strain relief broken. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.
