29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: One Line Church at 1300 N. President St., Wheaton, IL 60189: on November 19, 2020, employees engaged in roofing work on a 5:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards up to about 14 feet because fall protection/prevention systems were not used to ensure safety. Abatement certification or documentation is not required for this item.
