29 CFR 1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: a) On or about November 19,2020 at 3760 Fowler Street, Fort Myers, FL, 33907, the employer did not provide and ensure a safe means of access and egress for employees who work in the East Bay part of the warehouse where there is no designated walkway, exposing employees to moving machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and slip, trip and fall hazards.
