29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On the west side of the construction site, an employee engaged in truss work used a pneumatic nail gun without wearing eye and face protection. The employee was expose to struck-by hazards and eye injuries.
