29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x):Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points. (A) -Electrical shock and fire hazard: On or about November 17, 2020; Exposed electrical wire under portable trailer observed being held in place by wire mesh. Exposed wires exposes employees to a shock hazard when work next to or could over heat creating a fire hazard. (B) -Exposed electrical wire under portable trailer held up by Metal zip ties pinching in to the wire.
