29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) On or about November 19, 2020, workers were laying decking and setting trusses on the residential apartment complex under construction up to approximately 30 feet high without fall protection and without the employer ensuring that frequent and regular inspections of the job site were conducted by a competent person; exposing employees to the hazards associated with their work.
