29 CFR  1910.334(a)(1):Flexible electric cords were fastened with staples or otherwise hung in such a fashion as could damage the outer jacket or insulation:  On or about November 17, 2020,  outside portable trailer; chicken wire was used to suspend an  electrical cord (120V) supplying power to a hydrogen sulfide monitor.  This condition  exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
