29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): Portable fire extinguishers were not maintained in a fully charged and operable condition: Pioneer Rig# 83: On or about November 17, 2020, a fire extinguisher with a missing hose line was observed positioned in front of the truck being used for fire watch purposes while employees were providing cementing services. This condition exposed employees to a fire hazard.
