On or about November 19, 2020, at a residential construction site located in Spring, TX, employees were exposed to an eye injury while operating nail guns without wearing eye protection.

On or about November 19, 2020, at a residential construction site located in Spring, TX, employees were exposed to fall hazard of more than 6 feet while framing on the roof of a house without the use of any fall protection system.
