29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1):Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c). a. On or about November 20, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were conducting foundation operations in an excavation measured at fourteen (14) feet in depth. The excavation was not provided with cave in protection, thereby exposing the employees to cave in hazards.
