29 CFR 1910.134(f)(5):The fit test was not administered using an OSHA-accepted qualitative fit test protocol: Virtua West Jersey Health System Inc. dba Virtua Memorial Hospital, 175 Madison Avenue, Mount Holly, NJ 08060. a)On and after November 14, 2020, employees including Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Security Guards were using N95 respirators while treating COVID-positive patients and PUIs. These employees had never been properly fit tested. The fit tests they received did not conform to the OSHA-accepted qualitative fit test (QLFT) protocol. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM.
