29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I):Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage. On or about November 23, 2020 at Irish Bayou Travel Center Truck Stop and Casino employees utilized extension cord(s)that were ran through doorways with pinch points without protecting them from damage. Instance 1) The first extension cord ran through the front door and received damaged while pinched in the doorway. Instance 2) The second extension cord ran through the back door to a sump pump.
