29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) Commercial Construction, 923 Grand Avenue: On or about November 24, 2020, and at times prior, employees were installing metal roof sheeting on a 3/12 pitch roof at a height of approximately 9 feet to the ground below without fall protection.
