29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about November 24, 2020, at CSAT Solutions, LP in Houston, TX: a. Throughout the facility, employees were using metal plug receptacle outlet boxes that were zip tied to their workstations without being permanently mounted as required in listing and labeling instructions. b. In the time clock and check in area, electrical equipment was powered by a relocatable power tap (power strip) that was daisy chained and used as permanent wiring.
