29 CFR  1926.502(b)(6):29 CFR 1926.502(b)(6):  Guardrail systems were not surfaced as to prevent injury to an employee from punctures or lacerations, and to prevent snagging of the clothing:  Jobsite: The guardrail, installed in the door opening on the right side of the home, had nails protruding through the board.  Employees were exposed to puncture/laceration hazards, posed by the exposed nails.
