The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: On or about November 24, 2020, the employer did not ensure that the employees working on the JLG Aerial Lift were utilizing fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of up to 18 feet in height.
