29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: This violation occurred on November 30, 2020, where employees worked from an elevated work platform attached to an all terrain forklift. The platform was not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use, exposing the employee to a fall of more than 20 feet to the ground below.
