29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   a)  At 12433 Leavie Lane, North Hills of Fairhope, Fairhope, Alabama:  On or about November 30, 2020, and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without first ensuring his employees were trained on the hazards associated with falls to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing them to fall hazard of 15 feet to the ground below.

THE ALEJANDRO GUERRERO HERNANDEZ DBA ALEJANDRO GUERRERO HERNANDEZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1193833, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 2, 2017 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 10534 LEESBURG PIKE, LOT 15 AUSTIN PARK ESTATES, DAPHNE,  ALABAMA,  IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1014696, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 8, 2016 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT 19 GRACIE LN., RAYNE SUBDIVISION, SPANISH FORT,  ALABAMA, IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1187313, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 18, 2017 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 458 FORTUNE DR., LOT 24, FAIRHOPE,  ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1320985, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 23, 2018 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 12470 LONE EAGLE DR., SPANISH FORT, ALABAMA.
