29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: On or about 11/30/2020 at 555 Robins Parkway Robins AFB, Georgia, employees were exposed to burn hazards, in that the employer failed to ensure the dispensing 300-gallon and 600-gallon tank units located at or near the road and entrance to the site were protected from collision damage from the vehicles and mobile equipment operated near the units.
