Training shall consist of a combination of formal instruction (e.g., lecture, discussion, interactive computer learning, video tape, written material), practical training (demonstrations performed by the trainer and practical exercises performed by the trainee), and evaluation of the operator's performance in the workplace. There shall be sufficient headroom under overhead installations, lights, pipes, sprinkler system, etc. a) On or about October 29, 2020, employees were exposed to being caught between the top of the order picker and the I-beam in that the employer did not ensure that there was sufficient headroom under overhead installations, lights, pipes, sprinkler system, in that products were being stored on the top shelves with approximately 1 ft. of clearance between the merchandise and the ceiling and I-beam.
