29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6):Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: At the site on or about December 1, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an emergency evacuation hazard in that where the line of site to an exit sign was not clearly visible. The employer failed to post an illuminated sign in order to indicate the direction of travel to the nearest emergency exit door.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that at least one entrance of sufficient area was provided to give access to the working space about electric equipment 600 Volts, nominal, or less. On or about December 1, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard in that safe clearance was not provided in front of electrical equipment south center of the facility.
