29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On the north side of the commercial building, employees working from a JLG lift without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard up to 18 feet to the ground below.
