29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.   a) On or about December 3, 2020, at the previously addressed work site, employees applying stucco to the side of a commercial building while operating and working from a JLG aerial lift were not utilizing a restraint system or a personal fall arrest system.   Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
