29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6): a) On or about December 3, 2020, employees were not protected from electrical hazards while performing carpentry work from tubular welded frame scaffolding that was erected around energized power lines having a voltage rating of 120/240 V. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
