1910.178(n)(6)  Powered industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel.   (a) On or about November 30, 2020, safe clearance was not allowed for pedestrian traffic aisles on the  loading dock, resulting in an employee being struck by material handling equipment, specifically a forklift, backing out of a trailer.  (b) On or about November 30, 2020, permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked on the loading dock for material handling equipment and/or pedestrians.
