Employees were exposed to over-pressurization and explosion hazards wile conducting the toll manufacturing drying process in that the chlorinated product decomposed during the drying process.

The signs of decomposition would include, but not limited to, presence of yellow/brown porous inert residue, bubbling, smoking, gassing, bulging or hot containers and low pH level in the scrubber.
