29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2):Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used:(a) Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards. Employees performing automotive painting and sanding operations at the automotive repair shop were exposed to respiratory hazards. The employer did not ensure that employees required to use tight-fitting 3M full face respirator were fit tested whenever a different tight-fitting respirator was used.
