29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) At the jobsite, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25-feet and greater while working on a roof without using fall protection. Luis Barrera dba Texas Star Home Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1344810, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 7, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 24827 Alberti Soneta Drive, Katy, Texas, 77493. Luis Barrera dba Texas Star Home Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1121143, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 11, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 7506 Laguna Lake Drive, Spring, Texas 77379.
